Carrot, Orange and Beet Juice…. Day 1 Detox (lunch)

My lunch for my first detox day is a carrot, orange and beet juice. While i was reading i found out some beneficial health factors. This juice helps you fulfill your folate,vitamin C and vitamin A intake. Vitamin C maintains tissue strength by boosting collagen production, and aids in energy production. Vitamin A helps guide tissue development, and maintains the health of your immune system, skin and red blood cells. It also supports retinal function, helping you see under low-light conditions. reducing the risk of rectal cancer. It also protects against birth defects and other complications in pregnant women. Drinking carrot, orange and beet juice also contains other nutrients that benefit your circulation. Seriously, juicing is good for you people!

– 3 carrots
– 2 oranges
– 1 beet root

INSTRUCTIONS:
– Clean your produce
– Juice
– Pour over ice
